VESSELS

new pieces created in 2020

Wallmapu, October 2019. Territory in resistance since 1492.

In the present and as witnesses to all this happening, we see the outbreak turned into a scream, whirlwinds of contaminated water hit us and the projectiles want to silence us.

We want to be like the Trojan horse, to embrace(us) the bodies to create new spaces of struggle. We are collective witnesses who preserve water and protect the land, so that our entire environment, which is constantly changing, remains. The Trarikuk as a symbol of insurgency and reaffirmation. Containers as storage caves of life. These artifacts are memory spaces of a new time in (re) evolution.

We are “Ko” (water in Mapudungun language),

a continuous stage that is reborn at every step.

We are transforming objects of struggle, blood and soul.

Without fear, we continue intertwined!
